apricot jam

today lunch was peanut butter jelly on flat bread. very boring but it’s friday and i’m tired and i have an ear infection. the jelly, however, was homemade.

apricot jam

ab. 3 cups apricots

ab. 1 TBS lemon juice

ab. 3 cups sugar

bring to boil over med heat stirring till sugar is disolved. reduce heat and continue boiling for about 30 mins. put in sterile jars. leave a little space at top. put lids on then flip jars over, leave for a while when you flip them back they should be sealed.
